What is aRTi? 

aRTi is Rising Team’s personalized AI leadership coach that can help team leaders and team members work better with their teams. aRTi remembers everything a team has shared with each other about their working style and communication preferences across all the sessions they've done on the Rising Team platform. It combines those insights with knowledge of leadership science and best practices. You can ask aRTI questions about how to work together with anyone on your team, including how to best show appreciation, give feedback, and offer support. 

 

How does aRTi work?

aRTi combines the team insights it has from Rising Team with state-of-the-art AI models such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. The only individual data that is used in aRTi is data that has already been shared with your team in Rising Team sessions. This means aRTi is able to provide a personalized experience that is contextual to you and your teams, all in a way that respects the privacy of your data.

 

How should I use aRTi?

aRTi can be used for anything related to leadership, working with others, and your career. Use the "popular topics" dropdown to get ideas.

 

Is customer data used to train AI models at Rising Team or by third-party services?

Absolutely not. Customer data will never be used to fine-tune, train, or improve any AI models at Rising Team or by our third-party partners.

Additionally, each of the AI services we work with contractually commits not to train their LLMs on the data we transmit to them.

 

Is my data private?

Data is only shared through aRTi with the people who have already shared that information with each other in team sessions. No one else can access that data.

If your organization chooses to include company-wide information for aRTi to use, that information is only available to the members of your organization and is not available to other customers or other organizations.

 

What information can aRTi tell other people about me?

If you have shared something with your team during a Rising Team session, that information will be available to that team and only that team.

aRTi can only see information that your manager and teammates already have access to.

 

Should I trust aRTi's answers?

Some of the models used as part of aRTi generate responses based on your inputs and are probabilistic in nature. This means that their responses are generated by predicting the most probable next word or text based on the data that they have been trained on.

Because of this approach, these models can sometimes behave in ways that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable. For example, the responses that you receive could not accurately reflect the content they are based on or generate content that sounds reasonable but is incomplete and should not be relied on.

We encourage you to reflect on and review the responses you receive from aRTi before acting on them.

 

Will other people be able to see what I ask aRTi?

No. Your conversations with aRTi are between you and aRTi.

 

Does aRTi remember past conversations?

No. You can select past conversations to view them again; however, each conversation is completely separate, and aRTi is not aware of any other conversations you might have had with it.

 

Can I turn off aRTi for my organization if we are not yet ready to use it?

Yes. If you are the organization owner you may email us at support@risingteam.com to opt your organization out of aRTi. 

 

Can I personally opt out of aRTi?

Yes you may opt out of aRTi by clicking on your User icon at the top right and clicking on the checkbox next to "Opt out of aRTi".

Can someone manipulate aRTI to learn information about me that they don't already have access to?

No. In any conversation with aRTi, the only information it is provided—and therefore the only information it can possibly know—is the information that you have already shared with them in your Rising Team sessions.

 

How secure is aRTi?

aRTi follows our existing security practices. For aRTi, each data request is sent to an AI service individually, over an SSL encrypted service, to process and send back to Rising Team. These services do not use aRTi inputs or outputs to train their models.

Rising Team undergoes regular SOC2 Type 2 audits and penetration testing by independent 3rd parties. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Is aRTi monitored?

Yes, Rising Team monitors anonymized AI responses to detect and mitigate bias, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs.

We use this information to make updates and improve results.

 

Do you comply with the EU AI Act?

Yes, we comply with the EU AI Act.

We are not categorized as a high risk system and we are not a General Purpose AI model.

Since our system interacts with people, we comply with the Transparency obligations in Article 50.
